저작권법, 알아두어야할 저작권 법

제가 알고있는 다운로드 및 공유 관련 불법 or  적법 사항 입니다..

     #1. 불법

- 공유사이트/웹하드/P2P/토렌트 에서 현금으로 캐쉬 사서 다운 받는 경우

영화 불법, 만화 불법, 애니 불법, 야동 불법, 컴퓨터 관련 프로그램(쉐어웨어제외)불법, 음악 불법, 동강/인강 불법, 책 불법

- 자신이 적법하게 멜론 등 (저작권을 소유하고 있는 뮤직플레이어)에서 음악/동영상을 다운 받아서 그것을 다른 사람에게 개인 메일로 보내거나 하드로 복사해주거나 웹하드 및  FTP 모든 종류를 이용해 공유한 경우 불법

- 자신이 인강/동강을 결제하고 몇몇 프로그램을 이용해서 다운 받고 그것을 공유 하는 경우도 불법

- 모든 버스(대용량 메일을 이용해 공유하는 행위) 불법

- 자신이 학원강의(직강)을 들으러 가서 그것을 캠이나 녹음기로 녹음한 후 지인 및 타인에게 배포하는 경우 불법


    #2. 적법


- 멜론 등 (저작권 제휴를 맺은 서비스 사이트)에서 음악을 현금을 주고 다운 받아서 자신이 듣는 것은 적법 ( 해석상 가족내에서까지도 가능한걸로..)

- 영화를 영화 저작권 제휴 사이트에서 현금/무료로 실시간으로 보는 경우 적법

- 드라마/쇼프로그램을 그 드라마 자체 방송국 사이트에서 재방송 보는 경우 적법

-학원 강의(직강)을 수강하고 자신이 캠이나 녹음기로 녹음한 후 자신 혼자 듣는 다면 적법



대충 이정도가 제가 알고 있는 사실인데 혹시 제가 알고 있는 것이 틀렸거나 더 추가할 내용이
